Instructions:

For the pot pies, mix flour with butter, curd cheese and vanilla sugar and let rest in a cool place for a few hours.

Roll out to the thickness of the back of a knife, cut out squares, fill with jam, fold over and press well together. Brush with beaten yolk and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake.
