For the coleslaw – slaw first finely shave and wash the cabbage. Grate the carrots. Finely chop the onion. Drain the coleslaw well and mix with the carrots and onion.

Make marinade from the remaining ingredients and mix well with the cabbage mixture.

Leave the coleslaw covered in the refrigerator for a few hours – preferably overnight.
