Pour 4-5 cm of water into a saucepan bring everything together to a boil. Season well and season salmon in the broth. Put lid on the saucepan and cook the salmon in it for about 20-25 min Do not make more! Preparation of sauce: melt 3 tbsp butter, add 3 tbsp flour, sweat. Add ½ liter vegetable soup, stir in 2-3 tbsp vinegar, add approx. 1 tbsp sugar, season with salt and pepper, add 1 cup whipping cream. Add chopped fresh dill.
Serve with boiled potatoes and salmon.
