For the grilled sandwiches, cut the meat into very small pieces. Heat the oil well in a pan and brown the meat, seasoning with salt and garlic.

When the meat is well done on all sides, add the sweet chili sauce and mix well. Let it boil down briefly. Then remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes and the onion into thin slices. Now spread a slice of bread very thinly with mayonnaise and place one or 2 lettuce leaves on it.

On top of the lettuce put some meat cubes, then tomato and onion slices. Dab with some ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard and place the other slice of bread on top.
