For the chicken breasts with wild garlic crust, first prepare the wild garlic mixture. To do this, rinse the wild garlic leaves with cold water, spin dry and chop finely. Remove the crusts from the toast and crumble finely in a food processor. Mix with the wild garlic, mustard and crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the chicken breasts in cold water and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Heat oil in a frying pan and sear chicken breasts on all sides. Coat the chicken breasts with the wild garlic mixture and roast in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes. Pour some vegetable soup over them again and again.

Place the chicken breasts with wild garlic crust on plates and pour the roasting juices over them.
