Instructions:

Peel tomatoes with a peeler, cut into small cubes, toss in olive oil and season with spices and herbs.

Put the cheese in the wooden box on the stove and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes until it melts under the rind. Remove box from heat and carefully open the rind.

Spoon the melted cheese onto a plate. Serve with tomato concassee.

You can also spike the cheese with garlic cloves before it goes into the stove.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for extra flavor!
