Instructions:

For the dill potatoes, steam and peel the potatoes. Make a light roux from lard and flour, pour in some soup.

Stir in dill, add sour cream and salt and mix well. Bring to a boil. Slice the warm potatoes into it, mix well and dilute with soup if necessary.
