For the lemon cupcakes, preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.

Mix melted butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix in the eggs. Stir in lemon juice and zest. Stir in flour and milk alternately.

Pour into cupcake molds and bake for 20 minutes. For the cream, simply whip the cream with as much raspberry jam as you like, and decorate the cupcakes with it.
