Chop onion, saute in sunflower oil or other vegetable oil at low temperature until soft, add paprika powder, stir so that it does not burn. Add the pureed tomatoes, if desired the rest of the chopped chicken. Remove the peel from the potatoes and cut them into pieces, add them as well. Beat eggs in a dessert bowl with a fork, add and fry for about ten minutes, occasionally stirring lightly with a ladle.

Serve with: Indschera (flat bread made from wheat flour and water).
