Plums rinse, cut open, remove the seeds and insert sugar cubes instead of the seeds. Wrap in curd peanut or choux pastry, steep in boiling hot salted water for about 10 minutes more than make. Well drained roll in butter crumbs, arrange, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
