For the layered dessert with strawberry ice cream, prepare the batter. To do this, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites for several minutes with a little salt until very stiff. Briefly whip the egg yolks with the egg white powder, spelt flour and egg liqueur, adding a dash of milk if needed. Fold the mixture into the beaten egg whites.

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the batter 1 cm thick – this is about half of the baking tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Let the dough cool and use a glass to cut eight circles out of the dough.

Fill yogurt into ice cube molds a few hours before and place in the freezer. Cut bananas and strawberries into rough pieces and freeze them as well.

Put the frozen fruit and yogurt in a blender, and blend until you have a creamy ice cream. Now alternate layers of ice cream and batter. Serve the layered dessert with strawberry ice cream.
