For the chicken fillet tips in paprika cream sauce, cut the chicken breast lengthwise into strips and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Clean and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillet tips on all sides. Remove from the pan and keep warm. In the roasting residue, add butter and fry the onion.

Stir in tomato paste and paprika powder and immediately deglaze with a dash of wine. Pour in some vegetable stock and simmer until soft.

Stir sour cream until smooth and stir into the sauce. Whip up with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. At the same time, cook the rice according to package directions.
