Wash and peel the apples. Remove the core and cut each apple into small pieces. So that the apples do not turn brown, sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Mix the water with the wine, add the cinnamon stick and cloves and bring everything to a boil.
Then reduce the temperature and simmer gently for a few minutes. Then add the apple pieces and sugar simmer until the fruit pieces are soft.
Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves and puree the mixture.
