For the avocado with egg, cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Depending on the size of the avocado, remove some more flesh with a spoon, then place an egg in each half.

Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. Put the whole thing on a baking tray in the oven at approx. 180 °C for 10 minutes.

The flesh of the avocado is then pleasantly soft and the egg waxy!
