For the puff pastry snails with raw ham, roll out the puff pastry and cover with the raw ham slices. Sprinkle with oregano and roll up tightly from the long side.

Cut into slices about 2 cm thick and place on a baking tray with the cut side down.

Brush all around with beaten egg and bake the puff pastry snails with raw ham at 180°C hot air for about 15 minutes.
