For the eggnog cake, mix the powdered sugar with the vanilla sugar and the eggs, gradually adding the oil and the eggnog. Finally, add the flour, baking powder and citronella and mix well.

Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at about 180°C for about 30 minutes. Let the eggnog cake cool down and serve.
