Instructions:

First, peel and grate the potatoes, then squeeze out the water. Peel the onion and grate it as well.

Mix the grated potatoes with onion, egg, flour, sour cream and the herbs, season with salt and pepper.

Cut out small heaps with a tablespoon and place them in a pan with hot oil.

Flatten the piles a bit and fry until golden brown.

Drain briefly on paper towels and serve.
