Cook rice according to package directions.
Peel and chop the onions and fry in a pan with oil, add the meat and fry well.
Pour in soup and simmer for 5 minutes. Add whipped cream and season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and curry. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Finely chop garlic and mint and add. Finish with a spoonful of honey. Thicken with some Fixeinbenn. Simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Arrange and serve.
