For the banana buttons, mix flour, sift and mix in yeast. Stir the cornflour with a little water until smooth. Peel bananas, mash with a fork and add to flour mixture with cornflour.

Add raisins, oil, soy milk and salt and knead with your hands until homogeneous. Cover with a damp kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for half an hour.

Then knead the dough again with your hands and form palm-sized particles. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Line the baking tray with baking paper, place the buttons on it, let them rise for another 10 minutes and bake the banana buttons for 12 minutes.
