A bean recipe for every taste:
1. brush potatoes and place on a baking sheet. Prick the potatoes on all sides with a fork and rub the skins with oil and salt. 2.
2. bake in the heated oven at 200 °C /gas mark 6 for one hour until the potatoes are soft and cooked through.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, leaving a 1 cm thick skin.

6 Mix sour cream and chives in another baking bowl.
7 Garnish potato shells with the two salad fillings and the sauce of sour whipped cream and chives and serve hot. Garnish with chive rolls.
Potato skins are always a favorite. Prepare the skins in advance and reheat thoroughly before bringing to the table with the salad filling.
