For the dried fruit spread, cut the dried plums and pears into small cubes and soak overnight in apple juice.

Cut dates into small pieces and puree with the prunes and pears (with juice) using a hand blender. Stir in the hazelnuts.

Season the dried fruit spread with vanilla, lemon zest and cinnamon, possibly honey.
