Instructions:

Bring sugar to a boil with water, do 4 to 5 min. over medium heat, then remove from heat and cool a little bit.

Make lemon tea and cool as well.

Mix the sugar syrup with the lemon tea. Rinse oranges and lemon with hot water, cut into narrow slices, then quarter the slices and mold into the lemon tea mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Before serving, top up with ice-cold sparkling wine.
