Instructions:

Peel the pears, quarter them and remove the core. Cut the fruit into pieces and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.

Mix yogurt, pear pieces, buttermilk, sugar and cinnamon in a hand blender or with a blender for 1 minute.

Pour into glasses. Garnish with cinnamon and lemon balm.
