Instructions:

For the ginger tea, wash and boil jam jars and lids. Cut ginger into small pieces. Finely puree ginger pieces, lemon juice and sugar with a hand blender.

Gently heat ginger puree and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring. Immediately pour into the prepared glasses.

Mix 1 tsp of it with 200 ml of hot or even cold water and add honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice if desired.
