Instructions:

For the apple crumble cake with semolina porridge, first prepare the yeast dough and let it rest for about 1/2 hour.

In the meantime, prepare the semolina porridge. Stir the semolina and sugar into the boiling milk. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring again and again to avoid lumps.

Then remove from heat and let the porridge cool down while stirring often (whisk). Then wash and grate the apples or cut them into slices to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice. The grated peel can also be added.

Add a little sugar, depending on the type of apple.

For the crumble, work the flour, butter and sugar with the dough hook until crumbles form.

Roll out the dough to the size of a baking sheet, place it on a greased baking sheet, spread with the porridge, sprinkle with the apples and finally with the crumble.

Bake the apple crumble cake with semolina porridge at 160 °C convection oven for about 30 minutes.
