For the brown peach sheet cake, preheat the oven to 180 °C. Wash, pit and halve the peaches. Cream butter, eggs and sugar in a food processor until fluffy.

Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and cinnamon, sift and stir in. Add whipped cream and knead everything into a smooth dough.

Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the dough evenly on it, place the peach halves on top and sprinkle with hail sugar.

Bake the cake for about half an hour (test with a stick).
