For the Greek meatballs in yogurt sauce, soak the bread in water. Finely dice the onion and sauté in hot oil until translucent.

Mix the herbs, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, meat, egg and pepper. Form walnut-sized meatballs from the dough and place on a greased baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Heat the yogurt with the water in a saucepan. Fold in the flour mixed in cold water. Place the meatballs in the yogurt sauce and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Arrange the Greek meatballs in yogurt sauce and serve.
