Instructions:

Pluck the mint leaves from the stems and chop finely. Mix the mint with the room-warm butter, lemon juice and salt. Pour into a piping bag. Line a meat board with plastic wrap. Place the mint butter in decorative small mounds on the foil. Leave to cool in the freezer.
