Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Asparagus thinly remove the peel only at the bottom end, cut 3 cm long pieces. Boil the asparagus spears in water with salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Boil water with salt, add pasta and cook for 12 minutes.

Chop onion and garlic clove. Heat oil, sauté both in it. Rinse sprouts, add and sauté briefly.

Drain asparagus spears and collect 100 ml asparagus water. Add asparagus water to the sprouts, bring to the boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes.

Add crème fraîche and asparagus spears and season to taste. Drain the pasta and mix with the lentil and asparagus vegetables.
