Instructions:

Boil the salted water with spices, add vinegar and oil, cool. Peel the kielbasa, cut into thicker slices. Remove the skin from the onions and cut them into thin slices. Also remove the peel from the cucumbers and cut into slices. Layer the sausage, onion and cucumber slices in a large jar. Pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for about 5 days. Serve with farmhouse bread.
