For the Carrot Nut Biscuits, use the dough hook to knead the ingredients into a dough that is not too firm.

Then form walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten with a walnut half.

Bake the carrot nut buns for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C top and bottom heat until light brown.
