Instructions:

For the Indian pan, slice the lung roast and sear. Line a coated pan with banana slices and place the meat on top.

Whip the cream, season with lots of curry, little chili, salt and pepper and pour over the meat.

Put the pan in the oven for about 20 minutes and medium heat, then sprinkle the peanuts and roast in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Top with mango strips before serving.
