Dice the selkkaree and fry in clarified butter. Finely chop the onions, press the garlic cloves through a press. Add both to the selkkaree form and steam.

Peel the cucumbers. Then halve them, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Add the cucumbers and potatoes to the meat. Stir everything well and stew briefly.

Mix the paradeis pulp with the beef broth and add.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Season with crème fraîche if desired.

Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
