Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold in. Toast this dough in butter, cover with a handful of tangerines and pick apart with two spoons.

Add sugar and a little of the juice of the tangerines and caramelize. Arrange the finished Kaiserschmarrn on a plate, garnish with powdered sugar and form a spoonful of Powidl in the middle.
