Instructions:

For the Halloween muffins, cream the alpine butter (room temperature) until fluffy. Add the scraped vanilla pulp, sugar, natural yogurt and eggs and mix well. Sift the baking powder into the flour. Finally, mix the flour, the liquid butter-egg mixture and the hazelnuts together well (with a wooden spoon, do not mix). Use paper baking cups or a coated muffin pan for baking. Pour batter into the greased baking dish, filling each well 2/3 full with batter and leveling last with a spoon. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at about 180° C for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Then let the muffins cool and turn them out of the pan. Sauce spider legs Boil down the fresh raspberries with a little water, sugar and lemon juice for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, strain the sauce.

Serving suggestionSift some powdered sugar over a dark plate. Then place the muffin as a spider body on the plate. Finally, use the sauce to draw “spider legs” away from the muffin.
