For the bacon potatoes, boil the potatoes in salted water until soft and let cool. Cut bacon into fine strips, finely chop onion and garlic.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Fry bacon in a large pan until translucent, add onion and fry until golden.

Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, caraway, nutmeg and garlic and roast everything together to a nice color.

Arrange and garnish with parsley.
