Instructions:

For the Fruity Sauerkraut Salad, drain the cabbage well and squeeze it with your hands. Cut a little smaller.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Wash the grapes, pluck them from the vines and cut them in half if necessary.

Peel the apple and pear, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut the fruit into slices. Immediately mix with lemon juice.

Mix the fruit with the sauerkraut.

Coarsely chop hazelnuts and mix in.

For the marinade, squeeze the orange and mix with oil, salt and pepper.

Pour the marinade over the Fruity Sauerkraut Salad and let it stand for at least half an hour.
