For the lattice cake made with whole wheat flour, knead the dough ingredients and let rest in a cool place for 1/2 hour. Roll out and place in a greased pan (set aside part of the dough for the lattice) spread with jam.

Roll remaining dough thinly and use for lattice decoration. Bake over medium heat.
