1. wash off the ham and insert the tip of the thermometer into the middle of the ham.
Cover ham with roasting foil and place in oven heated to 175 °C. 3.
3. when thermometer shows 73 °C, remove ham from oven and remove pork rind.
Stir egg yolk, mustard and sugar together and brush the ham with it. Sprinkle bread crumbs and salt over ham in a sieve.
5. bake at 225 °C for 15 to 20 min, until the ham has a nice color.
6. serve the julskinka with red cabbage, potatoes and apple puree!
Tastes really great, also on Christmas Eve!
