For the caramel lucky pigs, first quickly knead a short pastry from the spelt flour, the sugar, the cold butter and the also cold egg liqueur, roll it out, cut out the pigs and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Put the tray briefly out into the cold, preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Put the cold tray into the oven, bake the pigs for about 12 minutes. When cooled, stick the caramel lucky pigs together with caramel bread spread (or even jam).
