Remove the peel from the banana, cut into slices and marinate with juice of one lemon. Gently melt the chocolate. Pull banana slices with a fork through the honey and skewer.

Glaze the banana slices with the chocolate. This is best done over a baking dish to catch the choc. Finally, the banana can be sprinkled with shredded coconut and cornflakes. Before eating, the skewers should be cooled a little bit, so that the chocolate can dry.
