It tastes better because it is prepared only from cream, eggs and chocolate, does not contain cornstarch and is not cooked. Moreover, it gives less to lay.

First, stir the egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Then you add the crumbled chocolate to the water and let it melt in a small pan on a low fire. When it has cooled down a bit, mix it with the egg yolk mixture. Finally, fold in the stiffly whipped cream.

Leave to cool until serving.
