Cut the chicken wings into portions, salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon over the meat.

Whisk egg with milk and beat, stir in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Coat the meat with breadcrumbs, i.e. first roll in flour, then through the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken wings in it.
