Instructions:

First peel and dice the potatoes and spread them on the baking tray. Brush with oil and bake at 200 °C for about 1 hour. Turn from time to time.

Cut the frankfurters along the side.

Cut strips of cheese about 0.5 cm thick from the cheese block and stick them into the crevice of the frankfurters.

Then wrap with strips of bacon and fry in a pan.

Arrange the Bernese sausages with fried potatoes and serve.
