Instructions:

Pluck lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Clean the fennel and cut into fine slices. Clean strawberries and cut into pieces. Cut small mint leaves whole, large ones into small pieces.

Mix the juice of one lemon, balsamic vinegar, orange juice and salt with a whisk. Fold in walnut oil. Arrange leaf salad, pour marinade over, sprinkle with pink berries and mint.
