For the Mediterranean pasta salad, cook the pasta until al dente and then drain.

Chop the dried tomatoes and olives. Mix pressed garlic with paradeis pulp and vinegar, add water and a little oil, season with salt and pepper.

Mix the pasta with the crumbled feta, the tomatoes and the olives, stir in the sauce and leave the pasta salad for at least 2 hours.

Fry the sage leaves in oil until crisp and sprinkle over the Mediterranean pasta salad.
