Instructions:

Cook pasta in enough boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes. Drain, toss in 2 tbsp oil.

Rinse and clean tomatoes and cut into wedges. Rinse parsley and chop coarsely, except for a small bit for garnish. Cut olives into wedges from the stone. Cut mozzarella into cubes. Cut ham into fine strips. Mix everything together.

3. stir vinegar with salt and pepper. Whisk in remaining oil. Pour marinade over lettuce and let sit for about 20 minutes.

Season the salad repeatedly and garnish with the remaining parsley.

Tip: Use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
