For the tomato balsamic roll, first drizzle the bread slices with some balsamic vinegar.

Then cover with tomato slices and mozzarella and sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.

Then place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. The tomato balsamic roll goes best with a mixed leaf salad.
