Instructions:

For Pragdi or Fosn knead flour, salt, liquid butter and the lukewarm water to a smooth dough. Let rest for about 1/2 hour.

Roll out the dough thinly and cover with the apple filling and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Fold in from the left, fold in from the right as well from the bottom and top.

Bake Pragdi or Fosn at 200°C.
