For the fruit peel, divide peaches and apricots into pieces, sprinkle with powdered sugar, stir in lemon juice and finely puree with white wine using a hand blender. Peel and divide fresh fruit if necessary. Pour the fruit sauce into bowls, put the fruits in it and serve well chilled.
